We’re looking for a proactive, motivated and established Business Director who will be able to come in, hit the ground running and lead a variety of accounts across both FMCG and corporate spaces, both famous brands and challengers.
You oversee and deliver the clients you lead working closely with the MD, the CEO and your team to meet our long-term ambitions. Where you are overseeing and not directly running the client, you lead and support your teams in delivery of organic growth ensuring it stays top of mind in the business. You hold key relationships with senior clients and ensure that all clients are covered by your team. You are proactive in ensuring we are perceived as a top-tier strategic partner that adds value, addressing any barriers or obstacles to this. You make sure we retain momentum on projects and remain top of mind with our clients, never letting relationships lapse. Not only do you oversee the clients and your teams on the day-to-day delivery of existing business you are constantly looking for the next opportunity and creating scenarios to help secure new projects.
You’ll act as a partner to senior clients, overseeing projects, managing issues and maintaining relationships to ensure they keep coming back. You’ll be responsible for growing your clients and continually looking for opportunities for business growth, and you’ll be responsible for financial reporting across your clients. You’ll mentor and develop the skills of junior members of the client services team and develop strong internal relationships across the business to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive the best possible service.
Fantastic abilities to juggle multiple tasks at once, project management, gravitas and organisational skills should be a given. You’ll be a compelling and clear communicator, able to persuade clients and internal teams alike. You are someone who always applies an action-oriented approach and can provide action-oriented direction to teams from Client Services, Strategy to Creative to make things happen.

Senior Creative Artworker required for progressive Healthcare Agency
We have an exciting opportunity, for a senior creative artworker with healthcare agency experience to provide creative production and artwork to a high standard which reflects the quality of work required by the agency. In addition we would also require PowerPoint support, Quality Control and occasional basic IT services. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and reliable team player who is hard working, pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. The role is primarily a creative artworker, requiring demonstrable skills in the industry standard Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma for both print and digital projects. We are looking for someone who is keen to continue evolving their creative skill set, including motion graphics and believes it’s important to keep enhancing your existing skills and adding new ones to have a fulfilling career.
Technical skills required include the following:
A thorough understanding of print and digital processes
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe CS design software, Figma

Good at problem solving and spotting mistakes
Always eager to learn new software
Ability to deal with third party vendors such as website or print suppliers

You will have at least 4 years’ experience at Account/Senior Account Manager level of managing branding, design and/or advertising projects essential (ideally in small agency environment). Digital marketing experience would be an advantage.

As the Senior Client Manager you will lead a variety of projects and client accounts from FMCG, to corporate, across both famous brands and challengers.
