You are seen as business critical and are a ‘go-to’ person on the account.
You understand the ABPI code of conduct and how to get pharmaceutical comms
materials approved and understand the Veeva PromoMats platform.
You have strong client relationships that extend deep into the client’s business beyond day
to day marketing clients.
You apply insight and understanding of the client’s business to make a positive impact on
their communications at a strategic level. Informing their customer plan and communication strategies.
You have mastered “front foot” account management, and are always operating multiple
steps ahead of your clients and partners internally. You can anticipate possible future
hurdles within the project and have contingency plans at the ready.
Your excellent understanding of production processes and media, equip you with the
skills to create dynamic ways or working and innovative solutions.
You can inspire your clients and partners around the value of creative ideas and executions.
You build creative, compelling and engaging presentations.
You and your team exude energy and are the best part of your clients day.
You are understand all the fundamentals of delivering a winning new business pitch, and
confidently take responsibility for all the operational aspects of a pitch attitude.
